Overview

We are looking for a passionate Nursery Manager that possess strong leadership skills and can deliver high quality education and care. This position is being offered on a permanent basis with interviews being held immediately. Excellent position for those looking for career progression! It is essential you have experience as a Nursery Manager with a clear track record of OFSTED Inspections taken place, an Undergraduate Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or relevant subject)

• Monday – Friday working Full-time
• Earn between £30,000 – £35,000 per year
• 5 Minute Bus Journey to Romford Station
• Yearly Bonus review

The Candidate

• Will have experience and strong leadership skills to manage staff effectively
• Should possess excellent knowledge of EYFS standards, policies to adhere to, safeguarding and to work to targets and deadlines
• Will demonstrate commitment, determination and a passion to progress through their role, career progression opportunities will be available.
• Will have experience within this field and be able to provide references to progress to interview stage
• Will be responsible for setting objectives and maintaining high quality standards of the nursery at all times in all aspects
• Ensure policies and new procedures are effectively monitored and ensuring all staff adhere to this daily.
• Should have the ability to inspire and motivate their team effectively, have a good track record of previous management
• Should have a sound knowledge and experience in all areas including, OFSTED regulations and maintain excellent relationships with parents/external agencies
• Will be responsible for the recruitment of additional staff
• Should have a genuine passion to work in childcare, a “can do” attitude and be hard-working.
